Lifetime Fitness

For those of you contemplating what gym you want to go to, check out Lifetime Fitness. It’s located off Broderick Road, the next light after Wegman’s off of 28. It’s a bit pricier than most, but has everything you can imagine there. It’s great especially if you have kids, they have a childcare center that your child will actually WANT to stay at.

Cascades is a 2,500 acre planned community with 6,500 homes along the Potomac River north of Route 7. It received the “Finest for Family Living” award for 1993 and 1994 and the Best Large Association Award in 2002.
